If you have allergies or sensitivities to dogs, we may not be the best fit for you. 

The dogs will either be crated or outside upon your arrival - there will never be a time that a dog crosses your path during your appointment (unless specifically requested by you!).

Please also expect to hear some barking upon arrival.

 

If you have allergies or sensitivities to scents, we may not be the best fit for you. 

Requests to ensure candles are not lit during your appointment will certainly be accepted, however scents may be lingering. 

All candles burned in this home are soy-based. 

 

Individuals living in this home are cannabis users, and while the home itself is smoke-free, there may be lingering scents brought in. 

 

 

CANCELLATIONS will require 48 hours notice. 

Any cancellation within 48 hours of the service will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 

 

LATE guests who provide notice will be afforded a 10 minute grace period.

After 10 minutes, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. 

 

LATE guests who DO NOT provide notice will be considered as no-shows, and the appointment will be cancelled. See below for more details.

 

NO SHOWS will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Additionally, the full cost of the booked service must be paid before you will be able to book any further services.

Please message upon your arrival - early entry to the studio will not be permitted. You will be notified when we are ready for you!

 

Please do not park in the driveway. Street parking is available. 

 

Complimentary coffee, tea, and water will be available. Snacks may be allowed with discretion (Cheetos are a no-go!). 

 

Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Disney+, and basic cable are all available during your appointment - don’t forget to check what episode you’re on before heading over! 

 

No additional guests (including children and babies) will be permitted to attend the appointment with you.
